Buyer seeks marketing services to update its website. The project involves redesigning the website to improve its overall look and feel, simplify user journey, and ensure design consistency across all pages. Buyer requires a full-scale website redesign and reorganization. The selected vendor will develop a plan for approval prior to implementation. Services include needs assessment, custom design, development, testing, launch, and post-launch support.

• Organized or registered to do business in Massachusetts
• Established business engaged in providing requested services as principal business
• All necessary current licenses and registrations required to perform services
• Not debarred under M.G.L. c. 149, §44C, or disqualified under M.G.L. c. 7, §38H
• Financially solvent
• Successfully delivered at least two similar projects in New England in past five years
• Demonstrated experience in website design, implementation, and hosting

• Conduct initial needs assessment and gather feedback from stakeholders
• Create custom website design refreshing visual design and site architecture
• Develop approved website design using Wordpress or other CMS
• Test website functionality and performance
• Migrate website from production to live environment
• Provide administrator and user training for staff members
• Offer website hosting services if warranted
• Perform quarterly site review for plugin and CMS updates
• Troubleshoot bugs and perform website tasks beyond Compact staff skill level
• Maintain weekly communications with the Compact
