Buyer is accepting bid responses for vocational equipment, supplies, repairs and maintenance services. This RFP replaces contract 21-009 which expires on 6/30/25. Buyer strongly encourages electronic submission of bids. All responses must be received by the Purchasing Department prior to the close date and time. Vendors must comply with all instructions, terms, conditions, and requirements contained in the solicitation.

• Supply vocational equipment to educational facilities
• Provide specialized vocational supplies for training programs
• Perform equipment repairs and maintenance services
• Replace equipment covered under previous contract 21-009
• Submit electronic bid responses through designated system
• Meet all requirements specified in bid attachments
• Comply with instruction terms and conditions
• Fulfill all technical specifications for vocational equipment
• Provide service guarantees for maintenance work
• Establish catalog pricing structures for vocational supplies
