Alief Independent School District

Buyer is seeking proposals from qualified individuals and firms to provide various contracted services on an as-needed basis. The services include professional development, interpretation/translation, student and employee-focused services, consulting, event rentals, and apparel services. This contract serves to create a pool of pre-qualified vendors from which quotes will be obtained when services are needed. Multiple vendors will be awarded on an incremental basis during the solicitation offering period.

• Submit W-9 form
• Submit 1295 form or evidence of exemption
• Provide staff resumes and certifications/licensure

• Provide professional development services for staff or students
• Offer interpretation and translation services
• Deliver student-focused services for fine arts or special populations
• Supply temporary staffing or employee-focused contracted services
• Provide educational, financial, or technological consulting
• Offer event rental services including entertainment and equipment
• Deliver apparel and uniform services including alterations
• Submit detailed pricing structure with clear fee explanation
• Demonstrate experience working with educational institutions
• Provide proper insurance coverage when delivering services
