- Must have a Tax ID (FEIN or SSN)
- Must register in COMMBUYS system
- Must create Seller Administrator account
- Create and manage vendor account in COMMBUYS
- Complete Small Business Purchasing Program application
- Search for bid opportunities using advanced search features
- Download and review bid solicitation documents
- Respond to bid questions and requirements
- Submit pricing for bid items or indicate 'see attachments'
- Upload required response documents and attachments
- Mark appropriate documents as confidential when necessary
- Submit completed quote before bid deadline
- Navigate the COMMBUYS interface as a seller/vendor
- Acknowledge receipt of bid notifications
- Select appropriate commodity codes (UNSPSC)
- Establish a seller administrator account
- Create login credentials and manage passwords
- Review and accept terms and conditions
- Withdraw, reopen or resubmit quotes when needed
- Manage multiple address types for vendor profile
- Track bid submission status and confirmations
- Access bid notifications through email alerts
- Add company users and maintain account information
