Buyer is seeking qualified vendors to provide a technology-based academic intervention system for literacy and/or mathematics. The system must align with Rhode Island content standards and the Multi-Tiered System of Support framework. The solution should include assessment capabilities, progress monitoring, data reporting, and professional learning components. Buyer aims to support educators with tools to improve intervention practices and promote student growth across Pre-K through grade 12.

• 12/31/2029 - Proposal Due Date

• Experience with K-12 intervention/supplemental instructional programs
• Capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects
• Three relevant client references required
• Technical proposal must score minimum 80 points (80%)

• Provide academic intervention system for literacy and/or mathematics
• Ensure alignment to Rhode Island content standards and MTSS framework
• Provide progress monitoring assessment tools with appropriate frequency
• Support data-based decision making for multi-tiered intervention
• Develop detailed reports for educators, parents, and RIDE
• Support multilingual learners and students with special education needs
• Offer professional learning for educators implementing the system
• Facilitate screening to identify at-risk students
• Enable intensification of interventions through tiered support
• Integrate with existing student information systems
