  • Experience with K-12 intervention/supplemental instructional programs
  • Capacity to handle multiple concurrent projects
  • Three relevant client references required
  • Technical proposal must score minimum 80 points (80%)
  • Provide academic intervention system for literacy and/or mathematics
  • Ensure alignment to Rhode Island content standards and MTSS framework
  • Provide progress monitoring assessment tools with appropriate frequency
  • Support data-based decision making for multi-tiered intervention
