Buyer seeks qualified independent contractors to provide instructional and business-based professional services. Buyer intends to establish a pool of pre-qualified vendors to meet ongoing needs for services including motivational speakers, trainers, professional development, coaches, mentors, and consultants. This is a continuous solicitation allowing vendors to submit proposals at any time, with quarterly board approvals. The contract term is for three years.

• 6/12/2025 - Questions Deadline
• 6/30/2028 - Proposal Due Date

• Must provide three recommendation letters from clients
• Must carry appropriate insurance coverage
• Must submit pricing inclusive of all travel expenses
• Must agree to background checks if working with students

• Develop and implement curriculum for K-12 education
• Provide teacher training and professional development
• Deliver student workshops and enrichment programs
• Offer administrative training and organizational development
• Provide specialized instructional support for departments
• Deliver athletic coaching and training
• Conduct performing arts workshops and instruction
• Offer club and leadership training programs
• Deliver motivational speaking and presentations
• Provide business-based professional consulting services
