Buyer is seeking qualified experts to develop and deliver high-quality training in family support and child abuse prevention. The training will focus on strength-based practice, home visiting, parenting education, and child abuse prevention. Services are divided into three categories: Training Delivery, Curriculum Development/Modification, and Planning/Evaluation/Administration. Buyer will establish a pool of pre-qualified contractors to provide services on an as-needed basis.

• 10/31/2027 - Proposal Due Date

• At least 2 years' experience in family support field
• Bachelor's degree in pertinent field (may be substituted)
• Experience conducting professional development for adult learners
• Experience providing training to diverse populations
• Specialized certification for specific training programs if applicable

• Develop and deliver family support training workshops
• Create curriculum for child abuse prevention education
• Train professionals in strength-based home visiting practices
• Deliver Abusive Head Trauma prevention training
• Provide fatherhood initiative programming and training
• Conduct training on Strengthening Families Protective Factors Framework
• Modify existing training materials to meet specific needs
• Translate curriculum into different formats or languages
• Design evaluation methods for training effectiveness
• Develop parenting education curriculum and support materials
