- Provide Passive House training for staff and subcontractors
- Construct zero emissions single-family homes and townhomes
- Market and promote zero emissions homes
- Implement resilient design strategies for climate adaptability
- Obtain certification from approved third-party standards
- Submit required documentation and deliverables through NYSERDA portal
- Facilitate post-installation site visits by NYSERDA
- Provide utility consumption data for completed homes
- Comply with State Historical Preservation Act and SEQR requirements
