Buyer seeks to design, develop, test, and manufacture a system to augment the current P-8A Multi-Functional Data Acquisition Unit (MFDAU). The system must provide an alternate route for storing flight data, eliminating the need for obsolete PCMCIA cards. It should also expand aircraft data recording capability via specific data buses. Buyer requires seamless integration with the existing MFDAU and delivery of a flight-ready system within a short timeframe.

• Experience with MFDAU systems
• Ability to secure authorized access to Teledyne's technical data
• Capability to handle and store classified information and hardware
• Experience in designing, developing, and testing software for aircraft systems

• Design a system to augment the P-8A Multi-Functional Data Acquisition Unit (MFDAU)
• Develop alternate route for storing flight data for ground station use
• Expand aircraft data recording capability via ARINC 429 and MIL-STD-1553 data buses
• Integrate new system seamlessly into existing MFDAU
• Deliver flight-ready system within 30 days of contract award
