• At least 5 years experience producing actionable climate action plans
• At least 5 years experience implementing equitable community engagement
• Demonstrated experience achieving policy change through municipal regulatory framework
• Experience with at least 5 communities of similar demographics

• Develop baseline metrics including greenhouse gas emissions inventory
• Perform comprehensive audit of existing policies and programs
• Develop prioritized list of GHG elimination and sequestration strategies
• Identify achievable policy and program recommendations with measurable outcomes
• Organize public engagement process and stakeholder input
• Present findings and recommendations to Select Board
• Produce final Climate Action Plan by September 2025
