Buyer is seeking information on character education programs to establish a state-approved list for K-12 public schools as required by Georgia law. The program must cover specific character traits and be appropriate for all grade levels. Buyer will use the information to create a list of model character education programs to share with district and school leaders.

- Program must cover grades K-12
- Must address all 29 specified character traits
- Cannot promote SEL/CASEL standards
- Cannot include divisive concepts as outlined in O.C.G.A. § 20-2-145
- Must be modifiable based on changing laws and guidance
- Develop comprehensive K-12 character education program
- Create differentiated content for elementary, middle, and high school
- Design materials addressing 29 specific character traits
- Provide educator training in multiple formats
- Demonstrate methods to discourage bullying and violent acts
- Promote responsible digital citizenship
- Develop outcome measurement tools
- Ensure program aligns with Georgia state laws
- Create age-appropriate character development resources
- Avoid promotion of divisive concepts
