Buyer is seeking information on character education programs to establish a state-approved list for K-12 public schools as required by Georgia law. The program must cover specific character traits and be appropriate for all grade levels. Buyer will use the information to create a list of model character education programs to share with district and school leaders.

  • 9/15/2025 - Proposal Due Date
  • Program must cover grades K-12
  • Must address all 29 specified character traits
  • Cannot promote SEL/CASEL standards
  • Cannot include divisive concepts as outlined in O.C.G.A. § 20-2-145
  • Must be modifiable based on changing laws and guidance
  • Develop comprehensive K-12 character education program
  • Create differentiated content for elementary, middle, and high school
  • Design materials addressing 29 specific character traits
  • Provide educator training in multiple formats
  • Demonstrate methods to discourage bullying and violent acts
  • Promote responsible digital citizenship
  • Develop outcome measurement tools
  • Ensure program aligns with Georgia state laws
  • Create age-appropriate character development resources
  • Avoid promotion of divisive concepts
