Buyer seeks a contractor to provide training and implementation support for a provider coaching framework and routines-based family coaching within the First Steps system. The project is a core component of the Bureau of Child Development Services' Comprehensive System of Personnel Development and State Systemic Improvement Plan. Buyer aims to implement a statewide caregiver coaching framework that empowers families to support their child's development in natural settings. The coaching approach will enable providers to effectively support caregivers in integrating developmental strategies into daily routines.
