Buyer seeks a qualified clinical/practice management firm to operate and manage dedicated clinical space at the USC Brain Health Center. The contract will be a revenue sharing agreement with a five-year term. Services will be performed at the USC Brain Health Center in Columbia, SC. Buyer will provide space and equipment while maintaining ultimate authority over center operations.

• 10+ years experience operating and managing hospitals, health systems, or imaging centers
• Licensed to do business in South Carolina
• Experience with various payment types including private insurance and Medicaid

• Develop staffing and recruitment plan for clinical positions
• Establish and maintain necessary accreditations for Brain Health Center
• Operate and manage dedicated clinical space with USC equipment
• Participate in co-management agreement with shared oversight and governance
• Process various payment types including private insurance and Medicaid
• Submit regular progress reports and participate in kick-off conference
• Implement quality improvement measures and compliance monitoring
• Provide clinical operations in compliance with industry best practices
• Coordinate with USC Brain Health Center Executive Director
• Follow disengagement services protocol for contract termination
