Buyer seeks a contractor to carry out community engagement activities for its Comprehensive Climate Action Plan project. The engagement aims to identify community priorities for greenhouse gas emissions reduction measures. Activities may include outreach, surveys, interviews, focus groups, community meetings, and online engagement. The contractor must have experience in environmental justice, local knowledge, and diverse engagement methods.

• Identify priorities for GHG emissions reduction measures
• Conduct outreach, surveys, interviews, and focus groups
• Design and execute community meetings and events
• Provide messaging advice
• Support recruitment for Community and Stakeholder Advisory Group
• Tailor engagement to be culturally appropriate and inclusive
• Analyze and report on engagement findings
