Buyer seeks architecture and engineering services for a two-campus behavioral health development project. The project includes designing four buildings - three approximately 1,000 square feet each and one approximately 5,000 square feet - distributed across two parcels within the Siletz Tribal area. The selected firm will provide comprehensive A&E services from project conception through construction administration, with emphasis on sustainable design and energy efficiency. Construction is targeted for Spring-Fall 2026.

• Proven experience within last three years as licensed A&E firm in Oregon
• Ability to complete project in timely manner per Services Agreement Contract
• Professional liability insurance with $10,000,000 per claim limit

• Design three 1,000 sq ft single family dwellings and one 5,000 sq ft mixed-use facility
• Incorporate sustainable design and efficient energy systems with potential solar integration
• Provide master planning across two parcels for behavioral health campuses
• Deliver complete construction drawings including civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical components
• Create comprehensive bid documents and specifications book
• Perform site evaluation and analysis for two tribal-owned parcels
• Ensure compliance with Lincoln County building codes and appropriate fire codes
• Coordinate with Tribal Staff, Planning Department, and Behavioral Health departments
• Conduct design surveying and possibly geotechnical investigation at Judd Road location
• Develop conceptual design with site plans, floor plans, and elevations for tribal review
