Buyer is seeking a cloud-based Financial System, Customer Information System, and Utility Billing System to replace their current Innoprise solution implemented in 2014. The new system must support approximately 32,000 accounts and manage 63,330 active water and wastewater services. Buyer aims to leverage AMI capabilities, improve business processes, provide better customer self-service options, and automate manual processes. The system must integrate with multiple third-party applications including Neptune AMI, banking systems, and CMMS.

- Migrate data from existing Innoprise system
- Integrate with Neptune AMI system and other third-party systems
- Configure complex rate structures and billing scenarios
- Develop interfaces with banking institutions and payment processors
- Implement business intelligence and reporting capabilities
- Train staff on system functionality and operations
- Provide system documentation and user manuals
- Deliver ongoing maintenance and 24/7/365 support services
