Buyer is seeking proposals for a comprehensive turnkey Inmate Health Program for their correctional facilities. The program must provide appropriate access to care and meet inmates' medical and dental needs. Buyer requires a turnkey system staffed by qualified personnel with a proven track record that meets recognized standards including OSHA, AMA, and MDOC. The services will cover the Main Jail and East Annex facilities with a capacity of 1,664 inmates.

• Minimum five years experience in correctional healthcare services
• Experience managing healthcare in facilities with 1,400-1,600 inmates
• Ability to provide complete turnkey healthcare system
• Experience with NCCHC accreditation standards
• Financial stability and appropriate licenses/certifications
• Proven recruitment capabilities for medical personnel

• Provide comprehensive turnkey inmate health program for correctional facilities
• Conduct intake medical screenings and health appraisals
• Provide on-site medical services including sick call and preventative care
• Implement medication management and pharmaceutical program
• Deliver dental care services for inmate population
• Manage chronic illness and special needs inmates
• Establish off-site specialty care network with preferred providers
• Provide laboratory and radiological services
• Implement continuous quality improvement program
• Coordinate pre-book hospitalization and evidentiary blood draws
