Buyer seeks professional engineering consulting services to update its potable Water Distribution Master Plan. Consultant will evaluate and identify existing water distribution system infrastructure, recommend rehabilitation and replacement projects, and develop a near and long-term capital improvement program. The project includes hydraulic model updates, condition assessment, and demand analysis for a water system serving approximately 470,000 residents. Buyer requires completion of the project within 12 months of Notice to Proceed.

• Evaluate existing water distribution system facilities
• Update and calibrate hydraulic model
• Assess water distribution system linear assets condition

• Develop prioritized Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
• Perform pipeline condition assessment
• Conduct valve assessment for 14-inch and larger valves
• Create water main replacement prioritization methodology
• Recommend infrastructure for various supply and demand scenarios
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and progress meetings
