The project will establish a framework supporting Enterprise Architecture efforts and provide a roadmap for future improvements.

- Experience in BCM for public-sector organizations
- Expertise in Enterprise Architecture and IT consulting
- Experience with public-sector business requirements gathering
- Minimum project cost of $500,000 for qualifying projects
- TOGAF, MITA, or relevant Enterprise Architecture certification
- Design and develop BCM tailored to CDSS's unique requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement across 17 divisions
- Conduct value stream mapping and capability heatmapping
- Develop current state anchor models for business, data, and applications
- Assess business capability maturity levels
- Create high-level roadmap for capability enhancement
- Establish BCM governance framework and ownership roles
- Deliver structured training on BCM best practices
- Align BCM with CalHHS enterprise framework
- Present findings and recommendations to CDSS leadership
