FCC Cybersecurity Pilot Program

Buyer is seeking proposals for the FCC Cybersecurity Pilot Program to protect school and library broadband networks and data. Buyer may award up to four contracts for Extended Detection and Response, Network Access Control with Identity Access Management, Security Information and Event Management, and Multi-Factor Authentication hardware keys. All solutions must be compatible with existing infrastructure and maintain firm pricing for the three-year pilot program period. Vendors may bid on one, some, or all items.

• Vendor must not propose equipment from companies that pose national security threats.
• Vendor must have valid SPIN and FCC Registration Number.
• Vendor must have FCC Green Light Status.

• Provide Extended Detection and Response (XDR) solution for 5,000 users/devices.
• Supply Network Access Control (NAC) with Identity Access Management (IAM).
• Deliver Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) hardware appliances.
• Furnish 4,000 FIDO2-compliant Multi-Factor Authentication hardware keys.
• Ensure compatibility with existing Windows/macOS endpoints and servers.
• Integrate with Active Directory and Google Workspace identity stores.
• Maintain pricing firm for entire 3-year pilot program period.
• Submit detailed bill of materials for each solution component.
• Provide assistance with installation and initial deployment where specified.
• Supply equipment compatible with HP switches and Cisco wireless infrastructure.
