Buyer seeks a qualified agency to provide consulting, training, and implementation support for an evidence-based mental health peer support model. The model will be utilized by peer support facilitators within groups attended by parents and caregivers during pregnancy and with children ages 0-5 throughout Whatcom County. Services include training peer facilitators, providing supervision training, and supporting implementation with the goal of increasing support for vulnerable children and their families.

• Active license to do business in Washington State
• Current Federal Tax ID Number
• Meets one of specified entity designations (non-profit, business, etc.)
• Capacity to meet project expenses in advance of reimbursement

• Propose evidence-based, peer-facilitated group mental health support model
• Train County, Expansion Contractor, and facilitators on model implementation
• Provide peer support facilitator training for 20-50 participants
• Manage data collection and reporting on program efficacy
• Provide supervisor training for those overseeing peer support facilitators
• Develop and conduct pre- and post-evaluations of training participants
• Coach and support Expansion Contractor and facilitators leading groups
• Support group development and ongoing technical assistance
• Collaborate on replication for other targeted populations
• Blend multiple peer support models in various community settings
