Buyer seeks a Construction Manager for a new Highway Department and Public Works garage. The project involves a 9,000 SF single-story steel structure with office and mezzanine above. Construction is anticipated to start June 2026 and complete February 2027. The CM will work with the design team to optimize design while verifying costs throughout project phases.

• Ability to secure 100% Payment and Performance Bond
• Experience with comparable Construction Management delivery projects
• Financial strength and manpower required for project completion
• Comprehensive safety program conforming to OSHA requirements

• Verify schematic design estimate and analyze project costs at each phase
• Optimize design for cost, constructability, and product availability
• Lead weekly construction meetings and distribute meeting minutes
• Solicit minimum three bids for each trade and coordinate bid packages
• Manage change orders and make recommendations to Owner and Architect
• Establish and maintain on-site office during construction
• Coordinate utility work with affected utilities
• Identify and coordinate long lead time materials and equipment
• Ensure record drawings (as-builts) are kept current
• Coordinate punch list inspections and closeout with A/E team
