Buyer seeks qualified firms to provide Public Information Outreach Services on citywide efforts including Neighborhood Improvement Projects. Services include developing communication plans, providing public relations support, and keeping stakeholders informed about construction projects. The successful proposer will work closely with city staff to execute communication efforts including content production, social media coordination, and video production. The contract will be for three years with renewal options.

• 7/7/2025 - Pre-Proposal Meeting
• 7/25/2025 - Deadline for Receipt of Questions
• 8/11/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 10/29/2025 - Tentative Commission Approval

• Develop and execute public involvement plans for construction projects
• Create bilingual (English/Spanish) collateral materials
• Serve as liaison between project stakeholders and city departments
• Host virtual public meetings using appropriate platforms
• Produce and edit social media content including photography and video
• Prepare and present harmonization agreements for public projects
• Coordinate emergency communications during construction projects
• Create and execute effective direct mail campaigns
• Record and document public meetings including public comments
• Translate project materials and provide interpreting services
