Buyer is soliciting proposals to build capacity locally for small and medium sized behavioral health providers. The focus is on growing, training, and sustaining providers with annual operating budgets of $2 million or less. Small providers are defined as having budgets under $500,000, while medium providers have budgets under $2,000,000. Buyer may grant multiple awards at their sole discretion.
