Buyer seeks proposals for AI in education products to be offered as a service to regional school districts. The contract will allow New York State Instructional Technology Contract Consortium BOCES members to access AI education solutions. Buyer requires vendors to provide train-the-trainer professional development, technical support, and ensure data privacy compliance. The solution must be ADA compliant and align with New York State Standards.

• 8/6/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 11/1/2025 - Provide next fiscal year pricing

• Must be able to execute Student Data Privacy Consortium agreement
• Must provide trained support personnel
• Must guarantee pricing for at least one year
• Must provide initial train-the-trainer professional development

• Provide AI education products as a service to school districts
• Deliver initial train-the-trainer professional development in four locations annually
• Provide four update training sessions annually
• Ensure data privacy compliance with Education Law 2D
• Participate in Student Data Privacy Consortium if awarded
• Maintain real-time technical support for users
• Guarantee pricing with maximum 2% annual increases
• Provide pricing structure for consortium purchases
• Ensure ADA compliance of the solution
• Align content with New York State Standards
