Buyer is establishing a three-year contract for the New York State Instructional Technology Contract Consortium BOCES members, potentially serving most of the 700 school districts in NY state. The solution must include professional development, technical support, NY standards alignment, and student data privacy compliance. Pricing must be guaranteed for at least one year with annual increases capped at 2%.

• 11/1/2023 - Pricing for next fiscal year submission
• 8/6/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Must work with Student Data Privacy Consortium or commit to do so
• Must guarantee pricing for at least one year from sign-on date
• Must have been providing solution to NY State schools
• Must provide discount structure for consortium purchase
• Must provide direct telephone and email access to live technicians

• Provide STEAM software/resources to K-12 schools across New York State
• Deliver train-the-trainer professional development in four locations annually
• Offer four update professional development days across the state annually
• Provide real-time technical support via toll-free number and email
• Align resources to New York State Standards
• Ensure ADA compliance for all materials
• Support data extraction into BOCES data warehouse
• Maintain student data privacy in compliance with Education Law 2D
• Track different levels of student performance with reporting features
• Support different instructional models and group sizes
