• Bill property owners for fire inspection services rendered by the City

• Collect payments and remit funds to City on a monthly basis
• Provide password-protected website for progress reports and accounting
• Extract data from City's inspection software database daily
• Generate customizable invoices with City branding
• Apply appropriate fee schedules based on inspection types
• Manage credit card payments with 3% convenience fee
• Support batch uploads with real-time error detection
• Provide detailed monthly progress reports for payment requests
