Buyer seeks qualified professionals to conduct a Feasibility Study and Cost Estimate for the adaptive reuse or reconstruction of the Quincy Farm Eastside Farmhouse. The study will evaluate options for converting the non-historic structure into a public space with ADA-compliant restrooms, kitchen, meeting space, and storage. The project includes assessing current conditions, creating conceptual designs, and providing detailed cost estimates for both renovation and new construction options.

- Assess Farmhouse condition including code deficiencies and structural issues
- Create three different interior layout configurations for ADA-compliant space

- Evaluate cost-effective construction alternatives: remodel vs. rebuild
- Assess current building systems including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical
- Evaluate foundation condition
- Provide detailed cost estimates for both remodeling and new construction
- Create a comprehensive Feasibility Study with recommendations
- Design space for ADA-compliant restrooms, kitchen, meeting space, and storage
- Attend all required meetings in person
