The project includes assessing current conditions, creating conceptual designs, and providing detailed cost estimates for both renovation and new construction options.

  • Evaluate foundation condition
  • Provide detailed cost estimates for both remodeling and new construction
  • Create a comprehensive Feasibility Study with recommendations

  • Attend all required meetings in person
