Network Access Control Implementation For Cybersecurity Program

Buyer is seeking proposals for a Network Access Control (NAC) solution as part of the FCC E-Rate Cybersecurity Pilot Program. Buyer requires a centralized platform for managing network access control and policy enforcement, preferably Cisco ISE on the 3.x licensing model or equivalent. The solution must support 35,000 connected devices with 5,000 Premier level licenses and 30,000 Advantage level licenses. The implementation must integrate with buyer's existing infrastructure which is approximately 95% Cisco and 5% Aruba network equipment.

• Implement centralized NAC platform for managing network access control
• Configure user authentication, authorization, and accounting services
• Implement role-based and policy-based access control
• Enforce device posture compliance policies
• Integrate with existing network infrastructure (Cisco/Aruba)
• Configure 802.1X authentication
• Provide quarantine capabilities for non-compliant devices
• Implement policy engine and enforcement mechanisms
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer
• Support minimum 35,000 connected devices
