Buyer seeks an experienced firm to conduct a Network Security Audit to ensure protection of their broadband Wide Area Network, Local Area Network, Internet access, and all data and IT-enabled functions. The audit will identify security gaps, evaluate current measures, and provide remediation recommendations. The project will be funded through the Federal Communications Commission's Cybersecurity Pilot Program. The selected vendor must provide detailed reporting and comply with all CPP requirements.

• Valid SPIN number from Universal Service Administrative Company
• Good standing with FCC with no outstanding debts
• Not on FCC Red Light Status
• Authorized to do business in Pennsylvania
• Complete service within 90-120 days

• Identify existing security gaps and misconfigurations in network infrastructure
• Evaluate the effectiveness of current security measures
• Identify IoT devices on network and provide security recommendations
• Evaluate VPN connection security with industry best practice recommendations
• Audit Data Center server environment, networking equipment, VLANs, and firewalls
• Assess organization's network/information security policies and SOPs
• Conduct network penetration testing from outside the district's network
• Analyze access control systems and encryption protocols
• Provide step-by-step remediation recommendations and sample policies
• Submit comprehensive written report with findings and recommendations
