Buyer seeks an experienced program operator to design and implement a Founder Alumni Program for graduates of entrepreneurship programs. Buyer aims to build an active, long-term network of program alumni to provide ongoing support, track company progress, and foster deeper connections. The program will serve startups across NYC's fastest-growing sectors including advanced technology, life sciences, and green economy. Services include alumni engagement, event organization, tracking growth metrics, and building an inclusive innovation community.

• Experience managing alumni networks or community-based initiatives
• Expertise in entrepreneurship ecosystems and supporting early-stage companies
• Track record in program management for business growth
• Deep expertise supporting tech-enabled startups beyond early stage
• Established relationships with venture capital investors and tech industry leaders

• Develop and execute alumni engagement strategy for 500+ program graduates
• Create and maintain centralized alumni database using CRM platform
• Organize minimum of 12 events annually (6+ must be in-person)
• Design roundtables with investors and industry leaders
• Facilitate introductions to mentors, investors, and business opportunities
• Collect and track startup metrics including funding, revenue, and job creation
• Produce monthly newsletters and maintain communication platforms
• Develop annual marketing strategy and content creation
• Conduct alumni surveys to measure program impact
• Create annual report documenting program outcomes and alumni achievements
