Buyer seeks five qualified A/E consultants to provide testing, inspection, and engineering services during construction of various Capital Improvements Program projects. Services will include construction material testing, asphalt and concrete testing, geotechnical exploration, soil and foundation testing, materials testing and inspections, and roof testing and consulting. Projects include apron and utilities projects and construction/remodeling of concourses, terminals, auxiliary buildings, and parking facilities.

• 7/1/2025 - RFP Release Date
• 7/10/2025 - Pre-Submittal Project Briefing
• 7/18/2025 - Deadline for Receipt of Questions
• 8/4/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Prime must hold technical certification in categories 9.01 and 9.02
• Preferred 10 years experience in testing materials in airports within last 20 years

• Provide construction material testing and inspections
• Perform asphalt and concrete testing services
• Conduct geotechnical exploration services
• Provide soil and foundation testing services
• Perform non-destructive testing and inspections
• Provide roof testing and consulting services
• Conduct materials testing for airport structures
• Test materials for roadways in airside environments
• Inspect utilities in airport/airside environments
• Deliver engineering services for CIP projects
