Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive healthcare services for inmates at the Cowlitz County Jail. The services include medical screenings, sick call, mental health services, medication management, and specialized MOUD program implementation. Buyer requires services that meet National Commission on Correctional Health Care (NCCHC) standards. The contractor will also provide medication administration and triage services to the Juvenile Detention Center.

• Licensed to do business in the State of Washington

• Provide 24/7 healthcare coverage including medication administration
• Conduct health screenings for new inmates within two hours of arrival
• Manage chronic care treatment and medication for jail population
• Provide mental health counseling and psychiatric services
• Implement MOUD (Medications for Opioid Use Disorder) program
• Maintain electronic health records compliant with NCCHC standards
• Coordinate off-site medical care and hospitalization
• Develop discharge planning for continuity of care post-release
• Provide pharmaceutical services including medication management
• Serve Juvenile Detention Center with medication and triage services
