- Microsoft Certified System Engineer certification
- Ability to provide on-site and remote support
- Provide minimum 32 man-hours monthly on-site IT support
- Maintain 24/7 unlimited remote monitoring and support services
- Secure CJIS Level 4 clearance for working with law enforcement
- Implement disaster recovery solutions for data systems
- Evaluate system compliance with CJIS security policy
- Support Microsoft Virtual Servers and Office environment
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and support services
- Provide strategic planning services when requested
- Submit fingerprints for State/National background checks
- Manage cloud services and redundant network backups
