Buyer seeks multiple HR consulting firms to provide systemwide, centrally managed HR consulting services. Buyer requires assessments, advisory services, and delivery of various human resources initiatives across campuses, health centers, and offices. The contract will be a national cooperative agreement through OMNIA Partners. Services include strategic planning, employee relations, talent management, compensation, and other HR strategic initiatives.
