Buyer is seeking qualified consultants to provide passenger air service development consultant services. Buyer operates seven airports in the Twin Cities area including Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The consultant will help identify and recruit new air service to achieve buyer's goal of 41 million passengers and 25 net new nonstop destinations by 2027. The services will be performed under the direction of buyer's Director of Air Service Development.

- Advise on airline competition, governmental issues, and international air service issues
- Create marketing strategies with business community and tourism organizations
