• Project Manager with five years of fiber optics installation and maintenance experience
• Minimum two fiber optic cable splicing teams for emergency repairs
• Minimum two fully equipped splicing trailers
• Minimum two professional engineers for design and construction management
• Minimum two staff persons for third-party invoicing and coordination
• Minimum two staff with fiber optics marketing and leasing experience
• Completed minimum five projects on high speed, limited access networks
• Completed minimum one project with major telecommunications service provider
• Prime contractor must perform no less than 35% of contract work

• Maintain 2500+ miles of fiber optic network ducts and 50,000+ miles of fiber strands
• Provide 24/7 emergency response and repair services for fiber optic infrastructure
• Conduct quarterly detailed field inspections of the entire fiber optic system
• Manage cable and utility locating services (JULIE tickets and A-36 locate requests)
• Market excess capacity within both the Fiber Network and Communication Towers
• Provide verification services for exposed fiber optic cables during construction
• Maintain inventory with minimum 10,000 square feet of warehouse space
• Supply professional engineering design and construction management services
• Administer and support 3GIS web-based asset management system
• Coordinate with third-party companies leasing fiber optic facilities
