Buyer seeks qualified Consulting Engineering Firm for On Call or Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) engineering services. The contract covers Phase I (preliminary design), Phase II (design engineering), and Phase III (construction engineering) services for various federally funded projects. Projects may include roadway resurfacing, widening, reconstruction, intersection improvements, pedestrian/bicycle facilities, and bridge work.
