Buyer seeks a qualified contractor to provide evaluation services for the Crisis Now Behavioral Health Crisis Receiving Center as required by Board of State and Community Corrections Byrne State Crisis Intervention Program grant. The project requires development of a Local Evaluation Plan and a Local Evaluation Report. The evaluation will focus on achievement of the project's goals and objectives for addressing behavioral health needs for those at risk to themselves or others.

  • 10/1/2025 - Anticipated Contract Start Date
  • Experience providing program evaluation services including development, data analysis, and report writing
  • Experience with California BSCC regulations and Byrne SCIP specifically
  • Ability to provide culturally competent services in English, Spanish, and Russian
  • Must not have officers or employees excluded from federal or state programs
  • Non-governmental organizations must be in existence at least six months
  • Develop Local Evaluation Plan for Crisis Now Behavioral Health Crisis Receiving Center
  • Create data collection tools and protocols for program evaluation
  • Establish data security protocols and quality control procedures
  • Train staff on data collection methods and forms
  • Monitor incoming data throughout service delivery period
  • Develop logic model in collaboration with project director
  • Analyze data across entire grant period
  • Prepare quarterly evaluation updates as needed
  • Create Final Local Evaluation Report with detailed findings
  • Provide culturally competent data collection in multiple languages
