Buyer is seeking a supplier to design and implement a Nuclear Security Computer (NSC) system for the Natrium Reactor Plant. The NSC will detect, assess, and respond to physical security threats and serve as the foundation for the protective strategy. The project includes full design/engineering, integration, factory testing, site installation support, and operational support. The work will be executed in four sequential phases covering planning, design, implementation, installation, and operational support.

- Develop phased implementation plan with conceptual design and requirements
- Perform hardware/software integration and validation testing
- Conduct factory and site acceptance testing
- Provide installation support and operation training
- Establish secure development environment compliant with cyber security requirements
- Develop quality assurance program meeting NQA-1 requirements
- Configure system with redundancy and failover capability
- Ensure compliance with NRC regulations and nuclear industry standards
- Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support
