Buyer is seeking information from industry and academia regarding systems, products, services, technologies, and methodologies for Cyberspace Situational Awareness at the operational level. Buyer intends to evaluate immediately available solutions, the art-of-the-possible, and state-of-the-art capabilities. This RFI will support NATO Governance decision making on Common Funded Capability Delivery for a system that can support the operational requirements stated by SACEUR.

• Ability to handle NATO classified information
• Appropriate security clearances for classified information

• Build and maintain operational-level cyberspace situational awareness
• Define and describe cyber domains of interest for missions
• Monitor status of NATO and non-NATO networks
• Define dependencies and mission impacts
• Collect information on threats and vulnerabilities
• Determine potential courses of action
• Propose mitigation actions when appropriate
• Support operational decision making
• Analyze beyond discrete cyber technical events
• Integrate with NATO classified environments
• Process information up to NATO Restricted classification
• Support ACO Cyberspace Operations Centre requirements
• Interface with national defense authorities
• Provide operational-level awareness beyond technical events
• Ensure secure transmission of classified information
• Support Alliance-wide situational awareness capabilities
• Enable operational-level decision makers
• Function within NATO's security framework
• Integrate with existing NATO cybersecurity infrastructure
• Support Common Funded Capability Delivery Governance
