Construction Management Services for NE Auburn Creek Restoration Project

Buyer seeks construction management and inspection services for the NE Auburn Creek Restoration Project. The project will restore approximately 13 acres of wetland, stream, riparian and buffer habitat. Work includes excavation of a new 725-foot-long channel, placement of large wood features, construction of a farm access road, installation of a box culvert and floodgate, expansion of wetlands, and restoration of vegetative buffers. The period of performance is 15 months with construction taking place in summer 2026.

• Provide construction management and inspection services for wetland restoration
• Perform constructability reviews of 60% and 90% design documents
• Monitor contractor's permit compliance in environmentally sensitive areas
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and change orders during construction
• Provide daily construction observation and field inspection services
• Review contractor's construction schedule and payment requests
• Conduct archaeological monitoring during construction
• Manage document control and electronic records management
• Perform construction surveying and grade verification services
• Complete construction closeout services and punch list management
