Buyer is soliciting qualified firms to provide on-call consultant engineering, design, planning and estimation services for their Transportation Department. Services will generally be funded with Tribal Transportation Program dollars requiring compliance with tribal, local, Federal, and State regulations. Buyer seeks firms with experience planning and estimating public works projects with Tribes, on tribal lands, and in coordination with stakeholder agencies including cities, counties, USFS, BIA, and transportation departments.

• Develop preliminary engineering drawings for transportation funding
• Create and update Long Range Transportation Plans
• Develop and update Safety Plans
• Write and manage transportation grants
• Provide project development and management services
• Offer construction management services
• Update National Tribal Transportation Facilities Inventory
• Facilitate community outreach meetings for Orleans park
• Develop environmental process plans for community park
• Design road surface reclamation and rehabilitation
• Plan transportation safety initiatives
• Implement complete-streets programs
• Design multimodal transportation infrastructure
• Plan pedestrian trails
• Manage reporting for grants and funded projects
• Collaborate with tribal, state, and federal agencies
• Develop project timelines and implementation plans
• Create formal estimates with contingency plans
• Support tribal infrastructure development projects
• Follow tribal, local, Federal, and State regulations
