Buyer is seeking qualified consultants to conduct a comprehensive Behavioral Health Services Needs Gap Analysis. The analysis will focus primarily on substance use services while also addressing mental health and intellectual/developmental disabilities services. Buyer aims to identify existing resources, unmet needs, service gaps, and barriers to care. The ultimate goal is to develop actionable, community-informed recommendations to strengthen the behavioral health system in Forsyth County.

• Licensed to do business in North Carolina
• Minimum five years providing same services
• Submit minimum three references of similar size/scope
• Provide single point of contact for contract management
• Directly employ all staff (no subcontracting allowed)
• Office location within 40 miles of Winston-Salem
