Buyer seeks technical, analytical, operational, programmatic, and planning subject matter expertise support for AF/A10, and its component divisions. The support will cover International Treaties and Agreements, Foreign Clearance Program, Countering Weapons of Mass Destruction, Nuclear Stockpile Management, Nuclear Enterprise Group Management, Missile Defense, and other strategic areas. Buyer historically relies on contractor support to assist in the development and maintenance of policy on national security issues across its portfolio because much of the subject matter expertise resides in the contractor community.
