Cybersecurity Improvement Grants for Central Governmental Authorities

Buyer seeks proposals to improve cybersecurity and information security in Ukrainian governmental institutions facing cyber threats during wartime. The program aims to strengthen cyber resilience through provision of equipment, services, software, and skills development. Buyer will administer grants for a period of up to 4 months to enhance protection systems, support information sharing, and implement international cybersecurity standards.

• Must be a Central Governmental Authority or Capacity Building Institution of Ukraine
• Must provide clear formulation of problem statement and justification
• Must present clear breakdown of necessary equipment/services/software
• Must submit commercial offer from a potential vendor
• Must submit complete required documents in English only

• Provide technical equipment and software to improve cybersecurity systems
• Implement data protection and threat analysis solutions
• Enhance access to international analytical resources for information exchange
• Support legislative work and standardization in cybersecurity field
• Optimize existing cybersecurity processes and systems
• Implement recommended security updates and measures
• Provide detailed problem statement and potential cybersecurity solutions
• Identify critical resources and confidential information requiring protection
• Enhance qualification skills of cybersecurity employees
• Integrate new equipment into existing cybersecurity infrastructure
