Buyer seeks Owner Advisor services to provide expertise for alternative delivery capital improvement projects. Services include project management, technical support, procurement assistance, construction management, and inspection. Buyer will award up to two contracts with 5-year terms to support wastewater treatment plant projects and other infrastructure work. The successful proposer will work collaboratively as an extension of the buyer's staff to protect the interests of the city.

  • Lead risk workshops and support conflict resolution
  • Develop project charters, governance documents, and progress reporting
  • Support permitting, property acquisition, and easements
