• Provide construction management and inspection services
• Conduct pre-construction conference
• Implement management information system for documentation
• Review traffic control plans and phasing
• Conduct project meetings and issue management
• Monitor contractor schedule and provide reports

• Verify labor compliance with prevailing wage requirements
• Process RFIs and submittals
• Negotiate and prepare change orders
• Provide quality control inspection and materials testing
• Deliver aerial photography and drone video services
• Manage public relations with local businesses
