  • Develop and manage outreach and application support strategy
  • Design tech-enabled processes for application and program communications
  • Manage application verification and participant eligibility
  • Distribute payments through multiple accessible methods
  • Ensure survivor confidentiality and data security
  • Coordinate with community-based organizations via subcontracts/MOUs
  • Provide multilingual program materials and support
  • Prioritize outreach to 16 high-need community areas
  • Track performance data and demographic information
  • Connect survivors to mental health and housing support
