• Current Chicago physical presence
• Experience implementing complex financial assistance programs
• Staff with required GBV/HT training
• MOUs with GBV/HT community-based organizations
• Ability to provide multilingual services

• Provide $1,000 payments to approximately 850 survivors
• Develop and manage outreach and application support strategy
• Design tech-enabled processes for application and program communications
• Manage application verification and participant eligibility
• Distribute payments through multiple accessible methods
• Ensure survivor confidentiality and data security
• Coordinate with community-based organizations via subcontracts/MOUs
• Provide multilingual program materials and support
• Prioritize outreach to 16 high-need community areas
• Track performance data and demographic information
• Connect survivors to mental health and housing support
• Provide financial literacy support through education or referrals
• Ensure staff complete required GBV/HT training
• Create system to safely deliver payments to survivors
• Manage customer service for payment issues
