- Staff with required GBV/HT training
- MOUs with GBV/HT community-based organizations
- Ability to provide multilingual services
- Provide $1,000 payments to approximately 850 survivors
- Develop and manage outreach and application support strategy
- Design tech-enabled processes for application and program communications
- Manage application verification and participant eligibility
- Distribute payments through multiple accessible methods
- Ensure survivor confidentiality and data security
- Coordinate with community-based organizations via subcontracts/MOUs
- Provide multilingual program materials and support
- Prioritize outreach to 16 high-need community areas
- Track performance data and demographic information
- Connect survivors to mental health and housing support
- Provide financial literacy support through education or referrals
- Ensure staff complete required GBV/HT training
- Create system to safely deliver payments to survivors
- Manage customer service for payment issues
