Buyer seeks qualified architectural and engineering firms to complete a feasibility study for a public forensic laboratory at SUNY Fredonia. The study will analyze financial, technical, operational, and legal aspects of establishing a lab that performs DNA and electronic device analyses. Buyer requires evaluation of both repurposing existing structures and building new facilities. The proposed lab would service law enforcement needs while providing educational opportunities for SUNY Fredonia students.
